Derby Cathedral is seeking to appoint a Choral and Organ Tutor.

The Choral and Organ Tutor for Schools will play a key role in the delivery of whole-class singing sessions as part of the Music in Schools programme, which is part of the National Schools Singing Programme. In addition, and with the assistance of the Director of Music, they would help launch a keyboard programme aimed at introducing children to the organ and growing the next generation of organists and pianists. The post holder would also act as one of the resident organists at Derby Cathedral, playing for regular services at the Cathedral and for churches in the Diocese of Derby, as required.
